Magical Solo Trip

What a dream. I booked a retreat at Sagrada Wellness on a bit of a whim and ventured there solo – it couldn't have been a better decision. The whole team – Rich, Hope, Scott, Amar – was incredibly welcoming and kind and made you feel right at home. Nicole was a phenomenal retreat leader and such a wonderful human. Tony is a gem and such a talent. The group of women that I met of all ages felt like family quickly. The property is stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The accommodations were well appointed and the beds comfy. The food was absolutely delicious. Great mix of free time and structured time. It was exactly what I needed and helped bring some clarity to me in a transitional time of my life. Can't wait to come back again someday.
