Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or new to yoga, this retreat offers an opportunity to unplug, recharge, and reconnect with your true self. You’ll leave feeling revitalized, grounded, and inspired, equipped with lasting tools to bring balance into your everyday life.

Our journey will be supported by the following practices:

  • Vinyasa Flow (suitable for all levels)

  • Breathwork

  • Meditation

  • Yin and Restorative Yoga

  • Philosophy

  • Journaling

Take this time to recharge so you can move forward from a place of greater calm, balance, and inner strength.

Cuisine

We spend a lot of time menu-planning for each of our retreats! The kitchen is organic, vegetarian, and mainly gluten-free. The cuisine is rustic yet gourmet and is served family-style.

All meals are prepared fresh each day with great attention to flavor and quality.

Each morning you will get to enjoy strong organic coffee, free-range organic eggs with sprouted bread and jelly, sliced tomatoes, yogurt, and the resort’s famous homemade granola. You will arrive back home feeling inspired to cook great meals at home for yourself and your family and friends.

Every afternoon the kitchen blends a fresh tea with organic herbs to create a fresh and vibrant herbal beverage.

The cuisine at this location has been a yogi’s epicurean delight for over a decade and the chef promises meal times will be nourishing and memorable.

Location

We will be perfectly situated on California’s Central Coast 12 miles North of San Luis Obispo where the mountains meet the sky and the night stars overhead multiply. This location is the midpoint between Los Angeles and San Francisco, a 3.5-hour drive from either Southern or Northern California.
