Pause + Reset Yoga Retreat

with Michelle McNamara

January 23 - 26, 2025

In Santa Margarita, San Luis Obispo County, Central Coast California

Take time to stop, and to slow wayyy down. Together we will explore a variety of yogic techniques and approaches to help bring balance into our body/mind.  We will practice movement and stillness, and enjoy nourishing food and time spent in nature. From a more clear and grounded space, we will look at the things in our life that nourish us and the things that deplete us and create concrete tools for a less reactive and more supportive and nurturing path moving forward.

Each day we will explore different tools we may want to incorporate into our daily lives.

We will use the following practices to support the body and mind in its journey

  • yoga asana (all levels)

  • Breathwork

  • Meditation

  • Yin and Restorative Yoga

  • Philosophy

  • Journaling

Take this very precious time to replenish and refill YOUR cup so that you can move forward from a more grounded and resourced place.  Come back to yourself.

Cuisine

We spend a lot of time menu-planning for each of our retreats! The kitchen is organic, vegetarian, and mainly gluten-free. The cuisine is rustic yet gourmet and is served family-style.

All meals are prepared fresh each day with great attention to flavor and quality.

Each morning you will get to enjoy strong organic coffee, free-range organic eggs with sprouted bread and jelly, sliced tomatoes, yogurt, and the resort’s famous homemade granola. You will arrive back home feeling inspired to cook great meals at home for yourself and your family and friends.

Every afternoon the kitchen blends a fresh tea with organic herbs to create a fresh and vibrant herbal beverage.

The cuisine at this location has been a yogi’s epicurean delight for over a decade and the chef promises meal times will be nourishing and memorable.

Location

We will be perfectly situated on California’s Central Coast 12 miles North of San Luis Obispo where the mountains meet the sky and the night stars overhead multiply. This location is the midpoint between Los Angeles and San Francisco, a 3.5-hour drive from either Southern or Northern California.
