Sarah Bell is an experienced yoga teacher returning to Sagrada Wellness for her fourth annual Spring Renewal retreat. Her teaching style is slow, steady, clear, and accessible, infused with light-hearted humor that makes serious inquiry a joyful endeavor. Sarah welcomes students of all levels, creating an inclusive and supportive environment.

Sarah's yoga journey, which began in 1990 in Seattle, WA, is a testament to her dedication and commitment to the practice. Her in-depth training, starting in 1994 with Erich Schiffmann at Yoga Works in Santa Monica, CA, and her apprenticeship under both Maty Ezraty and Erich, have provided her with invaluable experience to share.

After several years of teaching, Sarah started assisting in and facilitating Yoga Works teacher training courses in 2005. In 2006, she moved to New York City, where she continued her studies and trained teachers for Yoga Works. 

In 2015, Sarah completed a two-year Iyengar Yoga teacher training in New York City. Afterward, she assisted James Murphy's weekly classes at the Iyengar Institute.

 In 2018, she relocated to Grand Junction, Colorado, where she continues to share her passion for yoga.

Sarah teaches weekly drop-in classes and private lessons in-person and online. Additionally, she offers yoga courses for beginners that are available for download at YogaUOnline.com.
