1st Day of Retreat - Arrive and marvel at the beauty
afternoon arrival and check in. Make yourself cozy and unwind. Orientation and meet and greet.
4:30pm jet lag yoga and welcome circle
6:30 dinner, two course delicious and nourishing Icelandic local fare
8:00 evening meditation session
2nd Day of Retreat - Get grounded. Root to Rise.
7:00-8:00 Qi Gong with Eva Inglizian. Ground Us into the Now
8:00-10 shared buffet breakfast to nourish the senses
10:30-12 yoga class, vinyasa flow, invigorate and let go of stagnation
12:00 - 1 communal lunch, conversation, let's get to know each of the new sweet smiles
2:00 Fontana Hot Springs. Meet in lobby. Everyone will walk to Fontana together. Soak, unwind, heal, and completely rejuvenate, leaving any bit of jet lag behind. Plunge into the beautiful cold lake for a truly lymphatic detoxing, health promoting dunk. Alternating hot and cold is part of the healthy tradition here. We have grown to love it! Feel the warmth and tingle after the cold. I promise you'll be hooked!

3rd Day of Retreat - Celebrating connection and the magnitude and hum of Mother Earth
7-8:00 Qi Gong with Eva Inglizian. Qi Gong and Acupressure to promote awakened doing
8-10:00 shared buffet breakfast to nourish the senses
10:30-12 yoga class, vinyasa flow, invigorate and thrive
12-1:00 communal lunch, conversation with new friends. connect to being your authentic self
2:00 group meditation hike with Scott. Moss, lava, steam and water below our feet
