Join us for a 4-day/3-night Āyurvedic Yoga retreat on the Central Coast of California.
Take some time to pause, reflect & rejuvenate in the cascading hills of the Central Coast.
Āyurveda & Yoga are both built on the foundations of Attunement. Over this weekend, you’ll immerse yourself in the impeccable nature of Sagrada while deepening your capacity to attune, observe, relax & nourish yourself with Āyurveda & Yoga.
Every morning will begin with a restful meditation practice your senses into harmony with the 5 elements abundant in nature. After breakfast, you’ll rejuvenate with a lively Āyurvedic Yoga practice. Following Yoga will be a brief conversation about what Āyurveda is & how to bring it into your life. This conversation will be a springboard for the yoga practice and the hands-on activity of the afternoon. Friday night is yours to explore & enjoy the riches of the space. Saturday night you will be lulled into deep rest with Yoga Nidra.
Your meals will be prepared according to the foundational principles of Āyurveda. At each meal, I’ll review the menu. This way you can take note of the principles in action & take these nuggets home to your own kitchens.
The goal of this retreat is to provide time for you to reset, re-harmonize & return home with tangible ways to maintain peace in your life & openness in your heart with easy supportive tools from Āyurveda.

About Sera:
Sera Melini (500h E-RYT & Āyurvedic Physician) has been a lifetime student and accomplished teacher of Yoga and Āyurveda - beginning her studies at the age of 14.
She has been blessed with teachers who have searched classically for the patterns of the Universe and Spirit. Her studies and experiences in the realms of Yoga, Mantra, and Āyurveda all serve to assist in increasing her depth, sensitivity, and simplicity in ways she lives and practices. Her primary source training has allowed her to be a dynamic teacher and facilitator of the modern age. Her goal is to contextualize things often taught in broad strokes so you can go deep instead of only wide. Her intention is to allow the teachings coming through her so as to catalyze the potency and wisdom already within you. This is the meaning of Yogavāhi. It is a substance that brings out the inherent power of whatever it is paired with.
She is passionate about providing you with the foundational teachings that all of these years of study and collecting, so that you can walk away feeling like you know how to make decisions, how to apply Yoga and Āyurveda to your specific life in a way that is truly supportive, nourishing, and effective.

Her teachers of touch include those at Sunshine School (Chiang Mai, Thailand) and Ohm (Omsala Chiang Mai, Thailand) for the wisdom of Thai Massage and Chi Nei Tsang.
